We pay close attention to preparing the dough, which is left to rise for 24 hours, and to choosing the toppings, combining traditional ingredients with bold pairings. Baking in a wood-fired oven completes a process in which every stage contributes to the final result. Alongside our pizzas, we also offer calzoni and focaccia, giving you plenty of options to choose from.
